Xayol ("we", "us") operates xayol.top, an AI-powered app builder. This page explains what data we collect and how it's used.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, and profile picture from Google Sign-In.
• The prompts you write and the code/apps generated from them, stored under your account.
• Basic usage data (number of projects, generations) needed to enforce plan limits.
• Payment and subscription details are handled entirely by our billing provider, Lemon Squeezy — we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

To operate your account, generate apps on your behalf (your prompts are sent to our AI providers — Google Gemini and/or models via OpenRouter — solely to generate a response), enforce plan limits, process payments, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Published apps

If you choose to publish a project, its generated code and any data it stores become publicly accessible at a dedicated link. You are responsible for the content and use of anything you publish, as confirmed at the time of publishing.

Third parties

We use Google (authentication), Lemon Squeezy (billing), Vercel (hosting), and Prisma Postgres (database) to run Xayol. Each processes the minimum data needed for their role.

Data retention & deletion

Your projects and account data are kept for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us via Telegram.
